saasplanet does not offer refunds for any reason. Once you have purchased our services, all fees are non-refundable, and there will be no entitlement to any refund. Please ensure you are satisfied with the features and services provided before making any purchase.
3. Custom Features by Request
saaplanet may, at its sole discretion, offer custom features by request. However, the provision of custom features is limited to one per month per user account, and the final decision to provide such custom features rests with the developer team at SaaSPlanet.org.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Upon successful purchase, users will receive access to our SaaS platform and its services within 12 hours. We strive to provide swift and efficient delivery, but certain circumstances may affect delivery times, and we shall not be held liable for any delays. Email support@saasplanet.org if you do not recieve communication about the delivery of your product or service within 24 hours.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with SaaSPlanet.org, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of SaaSPlanet.org and its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using our intellectual property without explicit written consent from SaaSPlanet.org.
